Simpact is nominated for the Real Estate Awards 2026 in the “Promoter / Developer of the Year” category.

For us, the most important thing is not winning an award, but what this nomination represents: recognition that affordable rental housing is an integral part of real estate development in Luxembourg, with the same standards of quality and long-term vision as any other project.

Behind this nomination, there are concrete results. To date, Simpact has signed several agreements with the State, providing a home for more than 600 people.

Behind each agreement are families, individual journeys and lives becoming more stable. That is the impact we strive to create.
