SIMPACT is a social impact company whose share capital is composed exclusively of impact shares and is recognized as being of public utility by the Luxembourg State.

Our mission is to create and manage quality affordable housing, providing our residents with homes that fit their household size and budget, designed to make them feel truly at home.
