• Key handover •

🏡 Following the first delivery, another milestone has been reached in Michelau: the keys to the first three houses were officially handed over to Office Social Nordstad, which will manage them as the social landlord.

🏗️ In total: The remaining six houses will be delivered by December 2026, completing the development, which will also be managed by Office Social Nordstad.

🤝 This project was made possible with the financial support of the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning.

🔑 An objective becoming reality, keys handed over.
