📍 The development of affordable housing is a long-term process.
🏡 Following the first milestone achieved in Michelau, several projects are currently under development across Luxembourg.
To date, SIMPACT’s projects total:
▪ 133 approved housing units
▪ 62 housing units currently under validation
▪ 18,095 m² of residential usable floor area
Spread across several municipalities, these projects are at different stages of development.
They reflect a progressive and structured approach to developing affordable housing in Luxembourg.
